- Add a home office to your dining room, by turning a sideboard or bar space into a desk.
- Combine your bedroom with an office by choosing a day bed instead of a traditional bed. Your desk here can also serve as a vanity or bedside table.
- Have a guest bedroom, but infrequent guests? Opt for a built-in “window seat” bed with storage underneath, comfortable chairs, and library shelves. Then you’ve got yourself a quiet reading room when you’re not hosting out-of-towners.
