John Martini brings a unique blend of commercial and residential real estate experience, enhanced by a strong background in business development. His diverse career gives him a professional edge when helping clients navigate both real estate transactions and their broader business implications. His real estate journey began in the 1980s, working summers in Dallas as a surveyor’s assistant for a civil engineering firm.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business with a major in real estate from the University of Houston, launching his career selling shopping centers, triple-net sale-leasebacks, and 1031 exchanges. Always eager to deepen his expertise, John later completed a graduate degree in real estate from the University of Texas at Arlington.

In the early 1990s, John took on the role of president at a janitorial services company. Under his leadership, the company expanded to more than 1,100 employees across 14 states and saw tenfold growth in top-line revenue before his exit in 2007.

Following that success, he partnered with one of North America’s largest childcare companies, leading M&A efforts that resulted in over $60 million in acquisitions throughout Canada. He then shifted his focus to the healthcare sector, co-founding a partnership that acquired and managed a home health, therapy, and hospice organization.

Today, John Martini plays an active role on the Wynne Moore Group real estate team. His extensive experience in client relations, business strategy, and operational leadership makes him a valuable asset to clients and colleagues alike.

He is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and holds memberships in the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO) and the North Texas Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), where he has served on both boards. John also sits on the board of directors for Dashfly Technologies, a global mapping software firm. In his free time, he enjoys boating, motorcycling, biking, and world travel.

A man wearing a blue shirt stands confidently, showcasing a casual yet stylish appearance.
